Types of Industrial RTD sensors

General purpose RTD sensor

A general purpose RTD probe with transition style junction. Comes with  PFA coated lead wires. The product is available in the range The following may be specified at time of order: sensor temperature range ,accuracy class; diameter; insertion and lagging lengths; process fittings and optional transmitter.

Industrial head assembly RTD sensor

The product is available in the range of Flameproof Protection Head, Flameproof Stainless Steel Protection Head, Stainless Steel Head with PTFE Coated Immersion, Weatherproof Head Type Thermocouple with Adjustable Connection, and Weatherproof Head Type Thermocouple with Fix Connection. The following may be specified at time of order: sensor type; fixed, replaceable or mineral insulated construction; accuracy class; diameter; insertion and lagging lengths; process fittings and optional head-mount transmitter.

Industrial RTD sensor with thermowell

Thermowells are cylindrical fittings used to protect temperature sensors installed in industrial processes. A thermowell consists of a tube closed at one end and mounted in the process stream. A RTD sensor is inserted in the open end of the tube, which is usually in the open air outside the process piping or vessel and any thermal insulation. Thermodynamically, the process fluid transfers heat to the thermowell wall, which in turn transfers heat to the sensor.

Our product line includes threaded, Van Stone, socket-weld, weld-in and flanged thermowells. Thermowells are available as separate components or as a part of complete temperature sensor assemblies.

Sanitary RTD sensor

We offer industry leading quality and precision and decades of providing sanitary sensors have provided valuable insight into your specific needs. We offer both standard sensors and custom engineered sensors for difficult or demanding applications. RTD Sensors are designed for use in Sanitary or Hygienic Clean-in-Place applications in the Food, Dairy, Beverage and Bio Pharmaceutical industries. These sensors are manufactured with 316L stainless steel housings and are welded and processed to provide a clean, smooth, 32µinch or better surface finish in the wetted areas for easy cleaning.

Vacuum RTD sensor

All types of RTD sensors are available hermetically sealed and to any combination or cable lengths as well as shielded cables. The  cable conductor remains continuous through the hermetic seal that allows for the highest temperature accuracy. Welded wire junctions can also be ordered. Multi-pin hermetic connector versions are also available. Both standard and custom design hermetic seal designs are available for both small and large quantities with a variety of mounting styles and cost-efficient designs, O-ring face or piston seals, NPT seals,

Spring loaded RTD sensor

Our spring loaded, mineral insulated, metal sheathed RTD sesors  are designed to suit new or existing heavy-duty thermowells. Most commonly supplied with a 6.0mm outside probe diameter (3.0mm, 4.5mm and 8.0mm also available).A ceramic terminal block is supplied as standard and can be connected to a terminal head using the spring loaded screws. An optional 4~20mA transmitter can be supplied instead of the ceramic terminal block, if required. This thermocouple makes a solution to the surface contact problem which keeps the thermocouple tip pressed solidly against the carbon brick even under the cycle of expansion and contraction due to variation of temperature.

Adjustable length RTD sensor

The adjustable compression fitting allows the sensor to be secured at a specific length into the process. The adjustable compression RTD sensor is a tube and wire design and held in place with a compression fitting. They are especially suited for applications where the metal sensor tip is securely fastened into the media. An adjustable compression RTD sensor is a general purpose temperature sensor designed to suit all applications where metal sheathed RTD sensor are required. An extensive range of elements and process connections can be individually selected for the appropriate application. With the flexibility of assorted diameters and pre-determined immersion lengths,

Mineral insulated (MI) RTD sensor

The mineral insulated RTD sensor probes are manufactured with compacted magnesium oxide (MgO) insulation housed in a stainless steel or alloy sheath that protects the thermocouple element from the application's environment. This construction provides an incredibly durable temperature sensor that can be adapted to a wide variety of applications. Operating temperatures -100 to 500 ° C. Special mineral insulation protects thermocouple from moisture and thermal shock and permits operation in high temperature and high pressure environments. This not only gives great thermal conductivity but mineral insulated RTD can be bent into a variety of shapes to suit your application.

HIGH precision RTD sensor-  1/10din

Our high accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor is the perfect choice for calibration reference sensors or R&D applications.1/10 DIN tolerance detector, +/-0.03°C @ 0°C.Suitable for use in the range -100 to +250°C.We take great care during the assembly of these sensors and employ specialised techniques to ensure your sensor gives good service for an extended time. Careful treatment of the sensor housing and filling with inert media ensure that sensor drift is minimised.

Wireless RTD sensor

The wireless temperature transmitter is a high precision and low power wireless temperature measuring instrument. The temperature transmitter consists of temperature sensor, signal processing circuit, communication module and power module.Temperature transmitter with wireless gateway can realize the scene more wireless temperature transmitter data reception, with RS485 interface way forward to a third party data acquisition equipment, each gateway can support 32, 64 and 96 sets of wireless temperature transmitter data reception and management with simple wire thermocouples.

High temperature RTD sensor

High-temperature RTD elements can perform efficiently in demanding environments and tough work conditions that involve heavy-duty applications. With a temperature range up to 850°C, these RTDs can be used in all but the highest-temperature industrial processes.Precise temperature measurements can be made in extreme environments.
