Types of handheld thermocouples

General purpose handheld thermocouple

This versatile  thermocouple is suitable for  temperature measurements up to a maximum of 400°C. The sensor is supplied with stainless steel probe with various options of  insulated cable. Available in thermocouple types K, T, J, N or E as standard .

Pipe clamp handheld thermocouple

This temperature clamp sensor is specially designed to measure pipe temperature.
High accuracy and wide measurement range make it practical.
It can measure temperature from -40°C to 200°C.

 

Needle type handheld thermocouple

thermocouple needle probes with handles that help reduce the risk of bacterial cross-contamination between different food groups. Made of food grade 316L stainless steel using latest technology for ultra fast response. Select for use in spot checks of food and liquids: meat, chicken, fish, ready meals, drinks.Needle probes are intended for use on frozen or particularly solid products and are capable of withstanding impact in order to drive the sensor into the item being measured

Leaf type handheld thermocouple

Leaf Surface Probes offered are designed to handle maximum temperatures of 600 °c and is used as a first response for measuring flat surfaces. The quality inputs backed with cutting edge technology support also make these  thermocouple probes suitable as portable temperature indicators for measuring temperature of flat surfaces like dies, mould pressing machines and others.

Block surface handhled thermocouple

These block style surface thermocouple probes have a unique construction that makes them ideal for measuring moving, rotating or stationary surfaces. This family of  probes are extensively used in the following industries: paper, fibre, printing, iron and steel. Models are availabel for flat and curved moving surfaces.

Roller surface handheld thermocouple

The flexible surface of the probe allows users to obtain highly accurate temperature readings of convex surfaces, moving rollers,Moving or Rotating Smooth Surfaces and other facades that are difficult to measure.One of the pros of using them is you do not need to stop the process.The temperature range is available from - 50 to 800℃, five types of pipe angles (straight, 45 deg., 90 deg., elbow, direct on the surface) are available, pipe and cable length are flexible so you can choose the length you need.

These Thermocouple  are constructed using a metallic sheath and high purity mineral oxide insulation. This provides a rugged and bendable design that exceeds the temperature rating of non noble metal calibrations. Mineral oxide type thermocouple elements have a high insulation resistance and are suited for most process applications. Smart thermocouple elements are available in all calibrations with a variety of sheath materials and diameters, such as our high temperature furnace thermocouples.

High-temp handheld surface thermocouple

Good Performance: High measurement accuracy, because the thermocouple features a thermocouple alloy spring-loaded sensing element to ensure consistent readings and is in direct contact with the object under test, it is not affected by the intermediate medium. Temperature Range: -50 to 1100°C
