Types of Surface Measurement RTD

Magnet RTD sensor

This versatile magnetic RTD PT-100 suitable for Precise surface temperature measurements on ferrous surfaces up to a maximum of 250°C. The sensor is supplied with stainless steel with various options of  insulated cable. Available in thermocouple Class A,B as standard and has an operating temperature range of -50ºC to +250ºC. with Powerful  Pull Magnet

Pipe clamp RTD sensor

This temperature clamp sensor is specially designed to measure pipe temperature.
High accuracy and wide measurement range make it practical.
It can measure temperature from -40°C to 200°C.Jubilee style adjustable pipe clip resistance temperature detector used in  the temperature measurement of pipes.

Ring lug RTD sensor

Miniature bolt-on RTD sensors offer a variety of bolt-on options. The space saving sizes allow for easy installation especially in tight or hard to reach locations. The bolt-on feature allows these sensors to be removed easily and reused where needed.Made with High Temperature Nickel Ring Terminals for Fast Response.Ring type RTD’s measure the surface temperature of nozzles, extruder barrels, die heads, moulds, and many other similar surfaces. A wide selection of sensors, lead wire termination options and accessories is available from stock or can quickly be manufactured to customer specifications

Bayonet RTD sensor

The compression spring RTD closely contacts the end of the sensor with the surface of the object to be tested by the compression spring to improve the reliability and accuracy of the measurement. The compression spring type fixed RTD's can directly measure the temperature in the range of -50~260°C when it is used with the display instrument. And has a flexible extension wire, which can be bent freely and has a small thermal response time. It is easy to use and suitable for plastic extruder, textile, food and other industries.Standard configurations are based on the most popular lengths, with straight sheaths and with 90º bends. The included flex hose over the cable protects the wires from damage in rough environments.

Bolt type RTD sensor

Leaf Surface Probes offered are designed to handle maximum temperatures of 600 °c and is used as a first response for measuring flat surfaces. The quality inputs backed with cutting edge technology support also make these  thermocouple probes suitable as portable temperature indicators for measuring temperature of flat surfaces like dies, mould pressing machines and others.

Stick-On / Thin film RTD sensor

These Sensors are designed to be used with exposed junction thermocouples. They are supplied in a standard size of 26mm x 12mm and  rated -50 to 250°C which provides a way of easily measuring surface temperatures with simple wire thermocouples.

It is used to  monitor chip, heat sink, and environmental temperatures in electronic devices; check piping or ducting temperatures; monitor motor and transformer core heat; test insulation capabilities; and check other applications in which surface and/or gradient temperatures need to be monitored or controlled
